- Session with a filter medium = organic
=>Organic Sessions = CALCULATE(SUM('MyDataSet'[Sessions]);FILTER('MyDataSet';'MyDataSet'[Medium]="organic"))
- Sessions with a filter medium = organic AND Page path level 1 = "/coloration"
I dont know how to write the last formula.

@Visar Please try this...
CALCULATE(SUM('MyDataSet'[Sessions]),FILTER('MyDataSet','MyDataSet'[Medium]="organic" && 'MyDataSet'[Page path level 1] = "/coloration"))
