From Link to text

Dears,

I have a problem , I am getting the data from excel sheet in the sharepoint 
I insereted a link in the excel sheet and changed it with display text

this link appear as a text in the power bi

but when i insereted a link without display text it worked fine 
so is there anyway to make the text appear as a link ? 
I changed the column type to web url

Actually i added a new column contain the link then it's solved

Hi @ahmedshalabyy12, you need to change the category to "Web URL":

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/power-bi-hyperlinks-in-tables 

You can also access the "Column Tools" dialogue from the report view btw - just select the column you want to change from the data-pane.

thank you @KarinSzilagyi  for your answer already i changed it so that google is working but the .pdf not working

Based on your image (which I didn’t see when I first reaponded) there seems to be either a space or linebreak in your url, as "google.com" seems to be correctly interpreted as an URL
