French map

Hello everyone.
I created the map of france on a visual map by representing all the french departments.
Since today 2 of my departments are not represented as they should be. It concerns "ALPES-DE-HAUTE-PROVENCE" and "ALPES-MARITIMES". Am I the only one with this problem?
For information, I used the microsoft bing map visual.
