Hi @SantoshRaoBomm1,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community, and special thanks to @Vijay_Chethan , @ajaybabuinturi , and @danextian for their prompt and helpful responses.
Just following up to see if the workarounds suggested by @Vijay_Chethan and @ajaybabuinturi were helpful in addressing the issue of freezing the first two columns while allowing horizontal scrolling. As column freezing is currently not supported in Power BI tables, and if this feature is critical for your use case as noted by @danextian you may consider raising it as an idea in the Power BI Ideas forum.

Hi @SantoshRaoBomm1,
Wanted to let you know that there is NO Column Freezing option available in Power BI application. However I would suggest a workaround. If it suits for your business needs, you can go with that workaround. Follow the below steps.
Thanks,

May not work exactly how intended to , if data overflow, then it wont scale vertically
Hello SantoshRaoBomm1,
You can use matrix visual instead of Table visual for your use case,
add your two columns which are not supposed to be moved as rows for matrix visual and do folllowing setting:
if This helps please mark as solution
Power BI tables and matrices don't currently support custom freezing. Only column and row headers are frozen. If this is important to you, you may post this as an idea. https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Fabric-Ideas/idb-p/fbc_ideas
You can however make a matrix look like it is a table by using the Tabular layout, disabling row subtotals and enabiling Repeat row headers.
