Free text into a records log table

Hi Experts

is it currently possbile to enter free text into a table in Power NI similiar as one does in Excel??

or is their a visual in the market place that has this functionality???

Is the visual Power Apps for Power BI, mentioned by @amitchandak what you want?

Or what you want is just a text box?
