Formula to link the status with the average based on the amoun

Hello, 

I am new to Power Bi and trying to figure out which formula would work best for this scenario. 

All the statuses in the first column fall under the same rank. The start and end dates differ based on the status and amount. 

1A - $250 - would take 6 months where 1A with 1000 would take longer to complete. 

The goal is to show the average upon selecting the status and the amount.
