Can anybody tell me why this formula is returning blanks? I would have expected the Year 1 Revenue column to return the Value column as it reaches the end of the formula without passing the first lot of criteria:

There are many nested IF() statements in your syntax ,which make it hard to read. In this case, I'd suggest you use SWITCH() instead.
In addition, please provide some dummy data and the logic of conditions in Text format to help us clarify your scenario.
