I need a formula to return a value. Scenario.... I have a score that is a percentage. If the score is 99% or better it would return "Outstanding", 96% to 99% would return "Very Strong", 93% to 96% "Effective"...... not sure how to write this.....

New Measure = if([oldmeasure]>0.99,"Outstanding",if([oldmeasure]>0.96,"Very Strong",if([oldmeasure]>0.93,"Effective","Useless")))
for however many levels you have
