Formatting the chart properties using DAX query

Hello Team,

I'm trying to potrait a chart with two different data types(Currency & Number).. but when I'm adding these two measures in to the chart, its automatically taking number format of higher value. 

What I'm looking for Currency should have 3 digits after decimal but the counts should be general number.

Can we format the chart properties like DataLabels of the chart columns using DAX query.

When working in chart, all data fields we put into Value box can only keep same format and unit. You may submit a feature request on idea.
