Hi guys,
i have a table with a value column. I then Format the value colum since the values are high and not optimal to read. Then i want to apply conditional formatting on the formatted column. But that does not work because probably due to formatting it changed the data type of the column:
Formatting of Measure column is : FORMAT(..,"#,##,,.0 Mio.")
How can i achieve that values of column one are displayed as in Measure column but with the bars?
Thanks

@Anonymous , this has made measure as text. that is why it is not working
see if you can do this formatting in Model view

Hi @Anonymous ,
You need to set up two measures, one for the consitional formatting, one for displaying in your visuals.
For example:
_sales = SUM(myTable[Sales])
_salesFormat =
FORMAT(
[_sales],
"#,##,,.0 Mio."
)
You would use the [_salesFormat] measureto displaythe values as you require on your report, but you would use the [_sales] measure when applying a measure for the conditional formatting to work from.
