Formating a table

Hi, i need something like that:

How can i combine the cells to show it like INDEX EQ Column or INDEX columns?

Hoy can i add over Zona, INDEX EQ, UMP the General word like in the image?

Are this things possible?

Ty for your answer, finally i solved my formating needings inserting text, but i still with the problem combining the measure like i need in the columns INDEX.

Which of the links that you posted you considerer can be usefull for me to achieve my goal?
