Format issue and Credentials issue

Hi Team,

 

Need help, can someone please check and any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Issue1

Left side is table visual, right side is clustered bar chart, Average claim per member and Unique member is getting truncated, how to fix this, in that space.

 

Issue2

We have job in production, for 1 table i do not have permission, when i take over and when it is schduled, the job gets fails due to " Insufficient permission", my collegeu has a permission to the table, when she takes over the job runs fine.  table is databricks

The report should run on service principal or individual account, how this works.

Hi @YashikaAgrawal ,

 

For the first problem you just need to change the Maximum with of the Y-Axis and the size of the label, I would increase the visual size if the does not help:

For the second option, you have a couple of option you can have your co-worker or service principal be the owner of the semantic model and in that case everything will work properly, another option is to create a connection on Power BI service using your colleague or service principal user and then share that connection with you, this will mean that you will be accessing the Databricks with the credentials of the other person when you are making the refresh but will maintain owership of the semantic model.

Please don't take this in the wrong way but if you are building a report based on information you do not have access then in terms of security this is a risk, because you are making a work around to access the information, should you not check with your admin the correct security settings for that specific table?
