Hallo Community,
I try to get the name of the month from a date-time field but it always shows the wrong Month.
Example:
customerdate shown month
15.07.2015 13:34:17 Jan
I use the following function:
Name of Month= FORMAT(MONTH(Customer[Customerdate]);"MMM")
What's wrong? Any idea?
Thanks
Sebastian

I think you have to convert your date/time to date in order to correctly use the format function.
Edit: Missed the usage of month function - no need of it.
Month_Name = FORMAT([Date],"MMM")

Thank's a lot.
That was the mistake, didn't know why I'm using the MONTH function.
It also happens if i try the function on a normal date field. Is there a bug in the latest update?
