Format Year

I 'm trying to use the measure

YTD Billable = CALCULATE(SUM(Utilisation[ChargeableHours]),FILTER('Work Date', 'Work Date'[Calendar Year]=YEAR(TODAY()))).

However, its not working because the "2021" is showing as text. Is there a way to format the measure so the above formula can work. I'm using a live connection so I'm not able to change column.

How about:

YTD Billable = CALCULATE(SUM(Utilisation[ChargeableHours]),FILTER('Work Date', VALUE('Work Date'[Calendar Year])=YEAR(TODAY()))).
