Completed versus planned - iteration changes and story points in DevOps

I'm looking to recreate this Devops widget from Azure in Power BI via the analytics view.

I need to create a column/measure for when each work item has a change made to the iteration, to sum the story points associated to it, to guage when items are being moved sprint-to-sprint to create this planned v. completed metric.

The trouble being that each work item is tracked by line, & the analytics field provided, "IsCurrent" is TRUE for each work item, only on the most current iteration.

I'm thinking of a calculation that would sum the story points for each unique iteration and each work item?

Having a hard time putting this issue into words, so if more clarity is needed, I can provide it... I can't seem to figure out how to add a csv file of sample data!

Yo can either copy and paste data (in tabular format) or upload the file to OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox....and share from there...

and yes, sample data would fantastic + a depiction of the expected outcome (not entirely sure what you need from your description)
