Format Date and Time (Elapsed)

I have a field with date 12/31/1899 12:12:26 AM that came in from Excel.

It should really be elapsed time 12:26.

Can someone assist I am very new to Power BI.

Pardon in advance if this seems like a juvenile request.

@elmosfire,

You have to remember that dates and time are all fractions of an acutal number and what is being presented to you visually is an intrepretation of that decimal number, i.e. Format.

So change the format. I changed what I got from the Excel (12/31/1899 12:12:26 AM) to (H:mm:ss).
