Forecast

Hello everyone.

I am working on a board where I want to show the collection that is missing for the end of the year, however when I try to place a line chart and look for forecast in analytics does not appear, I check and I appear as blocked the continous option and only this visible categorical

All data is numerical and no empty value comes.

Can you help me please.

Thank you so much for you answer, in this case, there are aproblem, becasue categorical is block, I can`t use text box.

There are a few possible reasons why the forecast option might not appear in the analytics pane:

1. You might have more than one value field or a legend field in your line chart. The forecast option only works with one value field and no legend field.

2.You might have a categorical axis instead of a continuous axis in your line chart. The forecast option only works with a continuous axis, such as a date field. If it is a date column, make sure that there are consecutive dates and that the date fields are displayed on the X-axis, not the date hierarchy.
