Font editor not showing up in text box

Hello:

 

On a certain page of a report, when I click in a text box, the font editor (which allows for changing font, size, adding hyperlink, etc.) does not show up. When I click in a text box in a different page of the report, the font editor does show up. 

 

Appreciate any tips you can provide to get the font editor to display!

Try to just minimize the Text box then Font editor will may. I also face this issue several times.

I have attached with issue and after minimize it.
