Flow map custom visual not loading

Hi There,

I've been working with the Flow map custom visual for a while, but recently it has stopped loading properly. The flow piece of the visual still works well, but the background map looks white and washed out - you are unable to see any details about the roads, rivers, or anything really:

The bottom left image in the above link is what it should look like, while the other 3 are what it looks like now at different zoom and pan levels. Does anyone know how to solve this issue, or if there is a different visual I could use that allows the plotting of lat\long pairs?

It seems more like a visual load issue.

Does it not load after sometime completly?

Hi @Pragati11 ,

No, it never loads no matter how long I wait. When playing around with different zoom and pan settings, it will load a piece of the map (like the top left image in the imgur link), but never the entire map.

Here is my version info:

Version: 2.85.985.0 64-bit (September, 2020)

And I unfortunately don't have permission to upload documents to the forum apparently, but here is a sample excel sheet I have been unable to make work:
