Flow Map not Working - 'Unlocatable Error'
Hi All,
I have a flow map that is not working. For Origin and Destination, I have Countries whose data category is Countries (checked it). This was working 2 weeks ago. Suddenly, it stopped working and it gives me an "Unlocatable" error message in the map. My data category is okk because when I used the country fields of flow map in filled maps, the bubbles showed up.
Is anyone facing this issue? If so how are you dealing with it.
The flow map I am using is from POwer BI's external market place. There are no other options for Flow maps in the market place now (there is a china flow map that does not work for me).
Please help me here as my clients are able to see the error that is hindering the User experience.

According to your description, the custom visual object you are using was working fine two weeks ago and recently it had an error and you did not make any unexpected changes and the data stayed fine.
You should be using this visual object, you may want to contact the author of visual for more help.I noticed that the author has an account on GitHub and has provided contact information or support channels on their project page, and you can contact them via GitHub

Thank you for this. I have tried contacting the aurthor on the suppport page but there is no reply yet! I will try to access his guthub in that case. But my hope is faint. Is there a possibility that Microsoft can help!! This Flow map still exists in the marketplace and it produces error. Shouldn't it be taken down because all power bi developers have to go through this hassle. These reports are hosted on websites and the users have a very bad experience when such things happen
Hello I am having same issue as well. I keep getting location Unlocatable errer message. I know that it is not my data as a year ago the data worked. A couple months ago the same data worked. So just not sure why its not working now.
Hey, Im having the same issue, same data for which the flow map was working is not anymore. Did you find any solution to it?
I have destination and origin lat/long as well as the Origin and Destination fields. I saw some service disruption last week, but it seems to be working fine for me as of Feb-24.

somebody said on feb-24 it was working but I just checked. And I dont see that it is, my old maps that used to work. Still are not working currently. If anyone else has luck , please take screenshots.
