Flow Map not Working - 'Unlocatable Error'

According to your description, the custom visual object you are using was working fine two weeks ago and recently it had an error and you did not make any unexpected changes and the data stayed fine.
You should be using this visual object, you may want to contact the author of visual for more help.
I noticed that the author has an account on GitHub and has provided contact information or support channels on their project page, and you can contact them via GitHub

Thank you for this. I have tried contacting the aurthor on the suppport page but there is no reply yet! I will try to access his guthub in that case. But my hope is faint. Is there a possibility that Microsoft can help!! This Flow map still exists in the marketplace and it produces error. Shouldn't it be taken down because all power bi developers have to go through this hassle. These reports are hosted on websites and the users have a very bad experience when such things happen
