Flow Map Background

Hi,

I need to use the Flow Map for a dashboard, but there is a problem with the background, which appears only white for continents, without details, except for names of roads (but we don't see the roads, or railways, or rivers) and the names of towns.

I made some research, and I found there was a post on the subject, but without answer :

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Flow-map-custom-visual-not-loading/td-p/1415722

(If this is important, I use the 2.87.1061.0 64-bit  November 2020 version of Power BI)

So I checked everything I could on the flow map, and here is what I found :

-Curiously, we can see a detailed background for some countries : Andorra, Ireland, Hungary, Nigeria...

-And for others, the white background : UK, France, Germany, Canada, USA, India, China, Algeria...

The problem, and the countries concerned, stayed the same whether I was on VPN, or on "simple" internet connection.

Has anyone found a solution for this, or knows where it might come from ?

Best regards,

Martin.

Hi @Anonymous ,,

Since this a custom visualization I believe that the best option is to send a support ticket to the developer of the visualization.

Follow the support link in the page of the appsource.
