Fixed Decimal - Total is wrong?

Hi,

I have a simple table... Have a look... The only change I did was from changing the Data Type from Decimal DNumber to Fixed decimal number... Suddenly the total gets negative with the "% of Grand Total" calculation failing as well...

Any idea what's going wrong? Are the numbers to high so that Power BI gets confused?

Thanks for any input...

This looks like a measure aggregation problem. See my blog article about that here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Design-Pattern-Groups-and-Super-Groups/ba-p/138149

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Hi,

hmm... This is a simple measure, no calculation involved... Yes, there are a few relationships in the data model. But it just working fine with the right data type... I didn't fully understand your post but do you really think this linked to what you posted in your blog?

Thanks,

Thomas
