How do I find the intersection between empId's based on baseline month(both Columns from one table) .
Example: here 783746 this employee have Dec, Jan and Feb months if i select baseline month as feb have show only this employee

You can use slicers and table visuals to select a month and display the employees for that month. Based on your data:
You need to create a slicer and put the month in BaseLine month into the field of the slicer (if Month is not found in your BaseLine month, you need to open the Date hierarchy as shown below):
Place EmpID's, Baseline month in the columns of table visual:
Click on a month through the slicer, and the table visual will display the EmpID's of the corresponding month.
You can also define more advanced filtering capabilities in the Filters sidebar. If the above tips help you, that's great.
