Find similar pattern

I need to identify the pattern above, where In the Narrative column TANZANIA LIMITED is repeating the same Credit value (ie. 580.00) in my data. if the credit value is repeating more than or equal to 5 times by the same narrative then it should identify as a pattern and flag it as TRUE.

Please help resolve this issue.

var _count = countx(filter(Table, [Narrative] =earlier([Narrative]) && [Credi] = earlier([Credi])), [Credi])
return
if(_count+0 >=5, True(), false())
