Find exact substring in string/description

The following method is for your reference:
Sample:
Create a measure as follows
Measure = IF(CONTAINSSTRINGEXACT("aggressive", MAX([Column])), "True", "False")or a calculated column as follows
Column 1 = IF(CONTAINSSTRINGEXACT("aggressive", [Column]), "True", "False")Output:
