Does anyone have a clever way to find and replace a column used on visuals in a report? I have a report that is several pages and has many visuals that use a column for its value. I need to replace that column with a different column in my model. It would be great if there is a way to get into the BI model behind power bi desktop and do a ctrl+F and replace all instances in a blink of an eye. Maybe there is an external tool for this. Hoping someone has an idea. Otherwise, I am going to the ideas board 😛
Hi @JaromBIDEVatDK ,
You can try to create 2 tables and use bookmarks to convert between them
For example, the original display is Column1, Column2, after clicking the button, Column1, Column3 are displayed.

Not quite what I am looking for. I have about 25 visuals in a report that use column 1. 2 weeks later I realized I actually need to use column 8 for all 25 visuals. I wish there was a way to bulk replace column 1 with column 8 everywhere in my report.
