Finacial week Number

I am Working on Sales Report based on Financial Year, Yes I am using Separate Calendar Table which has Finacial year 

Finacial Year - July 1st to June 30th 

1) First week number of finacial year   Starts on first Wednesday of the year , 

Would be really helful if i get help with DAX

In Our Business Every Wednesday we conduct Sale Week  That Starts First Wednesday of  Each Financial Year, Then Again Next Year also First wednesday of Next Financial Year Satrts Sale week 1.

So, Once this Financial Year Ends, From Next July First Wednesday it Should reset to Sale week 1

try to add a column with this:

WeekNum2 =

VAR _value = WEEKNUM([Date]-2,2)-27

RETURN IF(_value>0, _value, _value+52)

i tried and it worked like this:

Because 52nd week came back to first week of Year (Like Cycling)

you want the 1 in circle to be 53? like 52, 53, 54...?
