Good afternoon
We are creating a dashboard to show certain data, but what happens to us is that when we apply a filter as an element it is not applied to the entire page, is there any option that only applies to one element and does not apply to the entire page?

If you using a filter pane you just put your filter on the visualization level:
If the issue is with the slicer you need to edit interactions with all visuals that you don't want to be filtered:
