In Table view you get the option to filter the values when you click the drop down button
based on our input table will get filtered
If you want the same feature in report view we have to utilize slicers or field parameters, Slicers in Power BI allow users to filter data directly on the report canvas, making it easy to highlight performance by district managers or specific time frames. They offer quick access to commonly used filters, improve visibility of the filtered state, and help create more focused reports by filtering hidden or unnecessary columns.

Power BI doesn't work as in sql, so as @Deku mentioned you can add slicers that would look like the excel and you can have it above the table visual.

This is not possible, you can add slicers to the page or add filters using the filter pane
