Hello everyone,
Is this scenario possible to configure in power bi??
- I have a dashboard 1 from powerbi1.pbix, published in a P1 workspace, which source is a summarized fact table and their dimensions.
- I have another dashboard 2 from powerbi2.pbix, published in the same workspace, and the source is the fact table on the full granularity, at client code level.
- Those 2 dashboards have several dimensions in common, and i could configure a button to allow access from 1 to 2 and 2 to 1.
The question is:
--> Is it possible to "keep" the selected filters between those 2 dashboards???
The objective of this is to have dashboard 1 with data at the aggregated level, and dashboard 2 is a EXPORT ONLY dashboard, that allow the user to export analytical data, with the filters that came from dashboard 1.
Even the aggregate fact table is large and i need to keep them in different pbix because the dashboard 1 has several refreshs per week, while the dashboard 2 has only 1 refresh at sunday.

Hi @MarceloVieira
No, but maybe the option of cross-report drill-through can help.
Take a look at the linked tutorial:

Thks @Ritaf1983,
I have drillthough option in other dashboards, but its not a option here, because of the size of the tables, and i need to keep the 2 fact tables configured at different refresh time/periods.
This could be another question, is it possible in the same published report to configure different REFRESH/TIMES/PERIODS for different fact tables??? (in this case drill through would be perfect for me).
Hummm.....@_@, i could do that using data flow!!! it could work!!
