Filters are't working after adding a measure

Hi everyone,

I added a measure to a page in my report that puts a 0 in for a date that doesn't have any activity.  I needed this so I can forecast future dates without getting the "data is to irregular to forecast" error.  I am realtivley new to Power BI so hopefully I'm just missing a small detail somewhere.

Here is the measure

Total Amount = IF(ISBLANK(SUM('all'[swipecnt])), 0, SUM('all'[swipecnt]))

The main issue is that the visualiztion does not zoom in when I adjusted the BusDate filter to a smaller time period and it flatlines on either side of the time period.

Thanks!
