Filtering visual on sum

Hello Community,

I am trying to generate a visual that displays and ID and a numerical value. I have used TopN filtering to retrieve a top 100 based on a value.

I would like to calculate a target value which is 5 % of my total and generate a visual with ID and Value which sums to my target value so instead of a top 100 I would receive a top 'these ID's contribute to 5 % of total'. Is there any way to achieve this in Power BI
