Filtering values in Text Box visual

Hi, I just found this option hidden in Text Box values settings ("Review").

Is there a way to utilize it somehow?

That "Review" option in the Text Box shows which filters or slicers affect the dynamic values you insert. It helps you:
- Verify what filters influence your text values
- Debug unexpected numbers caused by hidden filters
- Make your reports more transparent and user-friendly

Hi @Szokens  this review in text box mainly developed for developer. It will help you to

  • Shows which filters affect your text values

  • Helps find hidden filters causing wrong numbers

  • Makes reports easier to understand and use

However, if you like to share some summarized information to your end user you can also use this . Here is an example

Hi @Szokens

The Text Box visual works a bit differently from other visuals.
What you see under Review is mainly a developer aid – it shows which filters and slicers are affecting the values you’ve inserted.

For regular visuals, the same information is available to end users through the filter icon in the top-right corner (as shown in your second screenshot).

In the Text Box, this option exists but is only visible during editing, not to the report viewer.

So it’s not new functionality for end users, but rather an internal indication for developers.
If you’d like to see it exposed to viewers as well, the best way is to submit it as an idea in the Power BI Ideas forum.
