Filtering maps for differing text boxes to appear

Hi.  I am new to Power Bi.  Does anyone know if it is possible to have an unfiltered map that will allow a specific text box to appear? However, when one of the locations on the map is selected, then a different text box will appear?  The text box has filtered text data based on the location selection.  I have 195 locations.

 

I have tried bookmarks but for the life of me, I cannot get it to work.

 

Any help is appreaciated.
