Filtering data using value from another colums

Hi All,

Our project management system this contains projects that have a parent and child relationship

Master Project Code BOS-1234 / Segment Project Code > MUB-5678

sample

Project Number
Project Name
Campaign
Segment Project Code
Value

BOS-1234
Project 1
Campaign 1
MUB-5678
$1000
 << Filter this
MUB-5678
Child Project 1
Campaign 1

$2000
<< Also shows this

I would like to create a filter method where I can filter the project number BOS-1234 this also returns data for the segment project number MUB-5678.

Can anyone help ?
