    Hello KatkaS 

    I believe this will give you what you are looking for.

    Measure = 
CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS ( 'Table' ),
    FILTER ( 'Table',
    'Table'[PHWSID] = "EDIAUTO" || 'Table'[APPORD] > 0
    )
)

    This will count every row in the table where
    [PHWSID] = "EDIAUTO" 

    or

    [APPORD] > 0

Hello KatkaS 

I believe this will give you what you are looking for.

Measure = 
CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS ( 'Table' ),
    FILTER ( 'Table',
    'Table'[PHWSID] = "EDIAUTO" || 'Table'[APPORD] > 0
    )
)

This will count every row in the table where
[PHWSID] = "EDIAUTO" 

or

[APPORD] > 0
