Let's say I have 3 categories: population, average height, average weight, for every county in New York. Each category contains different data points - for instance, Westchester County might have 3 mil population, 66 in average height, 120 average weight.
Next, let's say I display a shape map of New York counties. How do I create a visualization that filters based on a category rather than a data point? For instance, if I click "population" as a check-box, I should see color saturation, or a graph based on the population across these districts.
Right now, I am only able to click different districts' population, whether that's 3 million, 10 million, .5 million, etc..,
In other words, y'all see the "fields" block on the right? How do I create something like that within the visualization itself?
Thanks!
@Anonymous , Not very clear, Do you want to change color saturation based on the selected measure. Then you need a measure slicer and use that measure(slicer measure) in color saturation
refer if needed

Let's say I have a checkbox with different categories, which correspond to Excel columns. If I check a certain category - say population - I should be able to see color saturation in the NY county based on population.
Does that make sense? If so, can you help with this?
