Filtering by column headers

Hey guys,

i need your help.

I have a table with the following header:

Worker ID; Qualification 1; Qualification 2; Qualification 3

If a worker has one of this qualifications (its possible to have more than one or no qualification) its marked with 1, else there is a 0.

Now i want to filter the qualifications with a slicer, that i can see how many workers has Qualification 1 and 2 or just 1 or all [...].

Normaly is use slicers for 1 row.

Is it possible to filter by column headers?

You should get expected result when you create three slicers using Qualification columns.

If I understand what you are asking correctly, you can control this in a couple of ways...

1. Manage Relationships and set the Cross Filter Direction

2. Edit the Interactions  .. click on the slicer and then changed the interaction of the other slicers.. Filter or no filter.

Don't know how many columns you're working with, but if you've just got a small combination of options, why not make measures that multiply the columns together, which'll return 1 if they have all of the qualifications in question or 0 otherwise?
