Filtering a Pie Chart with a Ranking Measure

Hello - I have created a dynamic ranking measure that ranks UPC's by Sales - I'm creating an overview page and with part of the page containing a Pie Chart - on said pie chart I'm trying to filter the visual by my top ranked UPC, Then filter the next visual by my second ranked UPC.

Is it possible to filter a pie chart with a measure?

Measures can be used as filters on one visual, but not on one page or one report.

Please check if the attached PBIX file is what you want.
