Filtering Problem

Hello, I am trying to filter a table that lets me filter on a field but show all the records related to another field.  In the example below where all the data comes from one table.  I would like to be able to filter on a MANAGER but show all the EMPLOYEE records in which the MANAGER filter was part of.  In the example below, right now if I setup regular Manager filter and filter by PICARD I will be returned two rows.  What I want to happen is when I select PICARD I want to show all the records of the EMPLOYEE in which PICARD was at least one of.  So, in the below example, if I filtered for PICARD I want to see all records for SMITH and KIRK.  If I selecte RYKER I would be returned all records for all three employees.  Can anyone help?

Thanks!
