Filtering Datetime from yesterday Measure vs Columm

I searched through the forum and looked for a way to filter datetime from day before yesterday at a specific time to yesterday at a specific time, however when I use the formula as a Measure it works but it wont let me filter a scorecard with it (yet it will let me with a table) when I do it as a column it will let me filter a scorecard but every value is 0. Not sure why using the same formula it is giving me different results.
