Filtering Configuration Issue

My Data Filter is not properly working on my dashboard and I am unable to determine what is the issue.  Below is a dashboard snapshot.

Dashboard Snapshot.JPG

As you can see the tile on the right is not filtering out all non-targeted ids and the left tile is.  Note:  the left tile is configure where every row has a unique id (student id) while the right has multiple rows for (student id.

The next is a snap shop of the table relation between the two targeted tables.

I am stuck and don't know how to fix this.  Please advise.

@Bbrown44,

It seems that the option Make this relationship active is not checked.

So, from what table is the slicer coming from? Is all of the data on the 2 visuals below the slicer coming from the same table or different tables? Have you messed with the Edit Interactions at all?

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Slicer is coming from the HS Student Level table.

the two tables the data is coming from are the two highlighted in yellow on the top right of the snapshot.Joining Configuration.JPG
