Hi all.
The ability to subscribe individuals to a pre-filtered report with data that concerns them is brilliant.
I'm wondering if it's possible to take this a step further, and generate those subscriptions from email addresses held in the data being queried?
We have a generic project report that is filtered by 'project name'. Each project name has a list of emails associated with it, that updates dynamically as team members move between projects. Rather than manually managing the subscriptions, adding and removing email addresses, it would be amazing if the reports would filter themselves and send to the emails related to each project!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Sorry to tell you that, as the document described, Premium Per User workspaces don't qualify as Premium capacity workspaces.
PPU licenses are for users, and premium licenses are for capacity.
This feature is conditional on reports or dashboards in Premium capacity.

As the others have said, there is no out-of-box solution for Power BI Pro and PPU users.
See if BI Helper https://bihelper.tech meets your need to generate and email user-specific PDFs (with filters and slicers applied). It works with Power BI Pro and PPU, and does not need Premium capacity.
For automated slicer / filter and email input (especially useful for your use case of a large number of recipients), refer to our tutorial at https://medium.com/p/bfebd39d4c84.
Hi @Anonymous ,
As far as I know, there's currently no such feature.
You may submit an idea for it:

By the way, maybe this document could speed up the efficiency of processing your subscription email address.

Thanks Stephen - I had a look at the link. I note that group aliases are only possible with premium capacity, and not premium per user. Is it possible to subscribe individual emails (who are free users) from a premium per user subscription, or is full premium subscription required for that too?
