Filtered Percent Increase

Greetings!

Power BI newcomer here, and am struggling to figure out how to calculate and display via column chart, to show only the call centers whose response time actually increases if the caller represents themselves as a 'VIP".

On the axis I have the assigned call center (text), the legend as VIP (values are "YES" or "NO"), and then the values I have the average time the call takes to resolve (numeric range from 0-100). Right now I get two bars for each call center, one bar for the average call time for "NO" VIPs and one bar for the "YES" VIP.

Any suggestions on how to show only the cases where the average response time actually increases if they're a VIP? Thanks so much!

Hi @CeleryGod,

Could you post your table structures with some sample/mock data and the expected against the data, so that we can better assist on this issue? It's better to just share a sample pbix file. You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here.
