I wanted to create a measure to filter only the unique values from the below table as there are repeated information in the table.
As an example result should only show Product WW & Mark Y only once.

Measure = CONCATENATEX(DISTINCT(SELECTCOLUMNS('Table',"Product",[Product])),[Product],",")
@gauravnarchal It's the default or are you trying to create a new table? Both are set to Don't summarize.
@gauravnarchal , if you put them in table visual they will show as distinct values only
measure like
measure =countx(summarize(Table,Table[Product],Table[Mark]),[Mark])

Hi @Greg_Deckler - I am getting the results as below.
Only thing is that all products are showing together which has the same mark.
I need to show the result as Individually. The measure which i used is
