Filter the Table/Matrix Itself or similar solution

What I would like to do is to filter the dimension itself when I click on it in the table and not just make it gray, so that when I change the dimension analyzed by the selector I can see the filtered list based on the previous click.
What is the field you want to filter the slicer where you have selected the dimension?
Can you share a sample data and some expected outcome please.

I think I expressed myself badly, I meant to filter the table itself with the dimension clicked, as if I had actually applied a slicer with the dimension, not just graying out the rest of the rows in the table.
We have this in Qlik Sense, as we are migrating to Power BI, this is becoming a user acceptance problem.
But I made a video that may help you understand better.
In the video I show the selection bar that changes the dimensions I want to analyze in the table.
The ideal behavior I need would be to click on a row and the chosen dimension would filter the clicked table, not just fade it out, so that when I change the dimension in the selection bar it would be possible to see the filtered data previously applied with the click on the table, but I don't think that's possible.
An alternative that could be acceptable would be to right-click and include the filter in the visual, as I show in the video. The problem with this is that if I want to add another filter by right-clicking it doesn't include it, but replaces the previous one.
