Filter the Power BI Report by Current Year, Month, Week and Day - Slicers

I have raised this question lot of times. However not yet got a correct reply.

I have the below slicers in my report. Year, Month and Week Number is normal slicer. Day has kept as chiclet slicer. All the slicers are linked to a Date Table which has the dates for around 10 years in it.

I am not sure what is the correct way to make the filters got selected with current year, month, week and day when we open the report for viewing.

As of now, I have created switch statements like below given for month.

MonthSlicer = Switch( True(),
eomonth(DateTable[Date],0) = eomonth(Today(),0) ,FORMAT(DateTable[Date],"MMMM")&" - Current Month",
DateTable[MonthName]
)

However it is not working well. Every day when i open the report, then day chiclet slicer is getting selected with Sunday. When the next week comes, then the week number selection is not getting changed. Same for month and year.

Please help. I need a report to get filtered for currrent year, month, week and day. At the same time the user if interested should be able to change the dates too after opening the report.

The easiest way to do this is to set the relative filter to the date you want - for each visual set the relative date filter.

If i am doing this relative date filter, then the slicer will have only one value in it.

My aim is when opening the report the slicer should be selecte with current value and then the user should be able to see other values too in the slicer and filter it.
