Filter on Slicer

How I can do filter on slicer, I did not see how filter on visualization.

    cuongle Start the visual as a table, filter the values you want to for that visual, then change the visual to a slicer. = Filtered Slicer

It appears this trick doesn't work anymore. Any other suggestions?

    Did anyone figure this out? The old solution provided above does not work anymore
