Filter not working on one chart

Hello All,

Newbie here. My filter is not working for the chart on the right.

The values for the first chart come from the Plans table.

Actual = SUMX(Plans,Plans[ActualHrs])

The values for that chart come from the TM Daily table.

Reporting % = AVERAGEX('TM Daily','TM Daily'[ReportingPct])

Thank you much!

I got it to work, but I'll take a look at that article. I added a relationship between the Team table and TM Daily and that worked. I would think it unnecessary because Team is in the Team Member table which contains the hierarchy for my charts.
